In October 1998, at the beginning of the Dot-Com Boom, The Rental Source (TRS) opened for business on Nob Hill, San Francisco, providing Leasing and Property Management services. Years later, TRS Properties was created to facilitate the needs of Landlord and Tenant clients of TRS who wish to sell or purchse real property.

Our mission is to help you define and attain your investment objectives,  while providing excellent customer service. The unique perspective of a property manager is a strong asset when selling or purchasing real estate.  We understand the physical aspects of the property, and how to work with existing tenants, their rights, and their landlord’s obligations. We ensure a smooth transaction while helping you to realize your goals.

Trusting relationships have made The Rental Source a huge success, and we have a long roster of long-term clients to show for it. It is with that same attitude that TRS Properties honors your trust as the paramount principle, when we act as your sales agent.

ABOUT OUR TEAM:

Damon Fanucchi, Broker/General Manager

Being born in San Francisco would normally qualify Damon as a SF native, but it was only because his home town of Pacifica had no hospitals at time of birth.  A real estate licensee since 1979 and a broker since 1992.  Active in property management in SF and the bay area since 1983, he has built new homes, subdivided land, and actively managed many single and multi-family properties.

He believes that good customer service requires a re-dedication  each time, and that every new property, obstacle, transaction, or client is a new opportunity to do things the right way.

Kent Williams, Sales Associate

Born in The Bootheel of Missouri during the early 1960’s, a graduate of Southeast Missouri State university in the 1980’s. This Midwestern boy fell in love with San Francisco during a short trip here in January 1986. After that trip, he went back home to St Louis and announced to his friends, co-workers and family members that he was moving here in 6 months, and on July 11th, 1986 at 12:35 PM he drove across The Bay Bridge and started a new life.

Lucila Sanchez, Sales Agent

Lucila Sanchez has been in the real estate and mortgage markets since 2005, working for buyers and sellers from all over the Bay Area. She has dedicated herself to providing her clients with the best service and resources. She prides herself on a caring professionalism that makes complex transactions as smooth as possible for all her clients, from the first-time homebuyer to the seasoned real estate investor.

Lucila has a great background in customer service, her goal and career objective was to combine all her knowledge and experience to better assist her clients, family and friends. By sharing her knowledge, she empowers them to make the right choices and decisions that are necessary for her clients.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, she can negotiate successfully in any of the Bay Area housing market. Also, she has experience with short sale transactions.  She is an active member of the Bay East Association of Realtors, Association of Hispanic Realtors and the National and California Association of Realtors
